Condolence Message from Ambassador Bagher Pour on terrorist attack in Vienna

On behalf of the people and Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, I would like to express our deepest and sincere condolences and sympathy to the nation and Government of Austria and families of the victims of shocking terrorist attack perpetrated in Vienna on November 2, 2020,. We also wish speedy recovery of the injured.

Condemning the 2/11 Vienna terrorist attack in the strongest possible term, this unfortunate incident shows once again that terrorism and extremism know no borders. It is thus imperative for the international community to engage and collectively cooperate in a fight to uproot terrorism. The Islamic Republic of Iran will always be part of such efforts.
